Today I get the pleasure of sharing a new Sweet Stamp Shop creation, it is also featured over on their blog. I used the super cute Cool Scoop set to create a fun card with what I think is an unexpected color combo. I tend to see lots of ice cream themed cards in pastel colors - duh, like ice cream, right?! I thought it would be fun to create a card I could give to one of my boys and they wouldn't think it was too girly. I chose the background paper first, from My Mind's Eye (Lime Twist Fly a Kite collection) and then chose my scoop colors, nice and bright! I clear embossed everything to make it standout and make it easier to trim. I love how these images can be colored and used by people who don't really "color" like myself.
